Made by our experienced local team in France or directly into your site, we generate a detailed model (High Polygon resolution at +/- 100 Microns. The rough base to start the process.
From the previous 3D scan or CAO model, we clean the 3D model from imperfections, reshape it, smooth it… and separate it into various parts.
According to materials or stitches, we will define all the parts that could be customised, with a classification process and a two step validation by the client and the project manager.
For each part, we develop the original texture of the primary model, and then add all combinations of textures and materials available for the made to order commercialisation.
Like in a photo studio, local lights and ambiant lighting is defined according to each type of material.
This is where we finally turn lead into gold, using the latest softwares and rendering technologies.
